Exams:

There will be two midterm examinations and one final examination. Midterms are scheduled for the the 26^th of September and the 14^th of November. Final examination date will be announced in due course.

Grade structure:

Midterms – 2x20%
Final – 40%
Problem sets – 15%
Preparation – 5%

• Your preparation grade will reflect your attendance and overall preparation for the class.
• There will be several problem sets given throughout the semester. You are encouraged to work in groups while you should submit your own work only. Late submission of any due work will have a penalty of 20% for each late day.
• Final exam will be cumulative.
